Coastriders Women’s Activity Breaks
What will you be doing?
Walking and biking around the mid-Wales countryside. In small groups of up to six , this five day women-only break will be tailor make a trip for you and five friends to experience the beauties of rural Wales.
Accommodation is in a 300-year-old renovated farmhouse in Aberdovey, where your days will be spent biking and walking around the local area, within the Snowdonia National Park.

The biking tracks are mostly along forestry trails in Pennal Forest which include some easy wide singular tracks. The walks are moderate, with forestry and hill routes with easy terrain. For those that want something a bit more difficult there’s the famous Cadair Idris - equally challenging for the walkers and knarly for the bikers.

Adrenalin Cocktail Adventure Break
What will you be doing?
Choose from two of the following water sports; coasteering, sea kayaking, surfing or; mountain biking and a coastal hike for land lovers, and get washed away by the north Pembrokeshire Coast. This weekend break on the Bluestone coast of west-Wales jam packs in two high-adrenaline sports to create a weekend of activities for you to “escape from the reality of daily life”.
- Coasteering will have you jumping, climbing and swimming off the Welsh coastline. It’s high adrenaline and very addictive.
- Sea kayaking allows you to explore the coast from the sea. Beginners will enjoy a relaxing paddle while more experienced kayakers can take advantage of the swell and play at “rock-hopping” with the waves and rocks.
- Surfing lessons are also an option on this beginner-friendly beach break.
- And finally there’s mountain biking that meanders around the Pembrokeshire National Park.

£210 per person June - September, and Bank Holiday weekends, £199 pp October - December. Women’s Only Walking Weekend
What will you be doing?
Unwind on a four-day trip to some of the best mountains in France where you can appreciate the beauty of the Aravis Mountains at your own pace. Without any men in the groups you’ll relax and be able to enjoy the active walks through forests and meadows without any competitiveness.

Scotland Highlands Coast to Coast Mountain Bike Holiday
What will you be doing?
This week long bike tour of the Scottish Highlands is perfect for those who want a bit more of a challenging ride and what’s more challenging than the Scottish terrain! This breath-taking route takes you through some of the most dramatic landscapes in Scotland, from the wild Grampian mountains to the peaceful Lochs and forests.
You’ll be riding from Loch Hourn on the west coast to Montrose on the east coast in an unforgettable 235-mile round trip, so it’s not for the faint-hearted! Don’t worry about carrying your bags or getting lost as two guides and a support vehicle will accompany you on your trip and make sure you’re well looked-after.

Glorious Galloway Horse Riding Weekends
What will you be doing?
For two days you can horse ride to your heart’s content across unspoiled farmland, beaches and hills and enjoy gourmet picnics at local farms. In the south-west of Scotland you will be able to ride for 6 -7 hours a day along the coast looking out over the Isle of Man and Solway Firth as well as exploring the rugged hills.
Staying at the Auchencairn House, a family manor, and travelling over the moors and through the forest surrounding it, you will experience something many never do.
