For the second year running, Adidas is proud to continue its official title sponsorship of the women’s 5K Challenge and partnership to the preferred charity, Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
With summer upon us, why not take advantage of the longer, warmer days, set yourself a goal and take part in the 5K Challenge.
Officially the biggest women-only 5K race in the UK, the challenge is open to women of all ages and running abilities.
Last year the event was enjoyed by Strictly Come Dancing winner Alesha Dixon and this year, Sam Taylor-Wood and Sharleen Spiteri will be taking part in the event at London’s Hype Park on Sunday 6th September.
Adidas has also teamed up with Breakthrough Breast Cancer to develop a stylish Pink Ribbon running range.
The collection includes specially designed t-shirts, 3⁄4 capri pants, shorts, windjackets and stylish footwear - all featuring the distinctive pink ribbon motif. The range is available in Adidas Sport Performance stores nationwide and 10% of the sale of each item goes to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
So, whether you’re new to running and looking for a challenge or after a great excuse to raise money for charity, the Adidas women’s 5km challenge is the perfect way to get in shape whilst making a difference.
