Details: Race for Life is Cancer Research UK’s flagship event, which brings together thousands of women each year to walk, jog or run 5k and raise money to beat cancer.
To date, four million women have raised over £240 million for Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work.
There’s a lot more to Race for Life events than walking, jogging or running the course. The atmosphere created by so many women coming together to help those affected by cancer is truly unique for participants and supporters alike.
Entry costs £12.99 per person. This covers the cost of organising and running the event on the day, which means that the sponsorship money you raise will go directly towards work into the prevention, treatment and cure of all forms of cancer. This fee is non-refundable.
