Where: Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire
Details: Race 3 of the Saucony Sprint Tri series. 400m pool swim – 22k bike – 5k run. The swim takes place in a massive 33 metre, heated outdoor pool, before then progressing to the bike section. The bike course is along beautiful traffic free country lanes and very flat. The run course is straightforward and equally flat. A good event for people doing their first triathlon.
