Details: Last year England lost to Fiji in the semi-finals 21-22. New Zealand won the competition. The 2008 event will see the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens move to the new home of rugby ‘The Sevens’, Emirates’ purpose built sporting venue.
