Where: Fistral Beach, Newquay and Croyde Bay, North Devon
Details: The tour will be going to four of Britain’s best beaches to encourage girls of all abilities to get in the sea, have a go at surfing, and enjoy a taste of the lifestyle. Instructors and professionals will be hand to help the surfers try out manoeuvres and tricks in the water and Rip Curl’s own Surf Tandem team and Stand-Up riders will be on site to give girls the real experience of riding a wave or paddling to sea out with a stand-up paddle to get the ultimate surf.
The tour also has a handful of activities on dry land to get involved with too. Yoga, massages, or join in with a lesson of Capoeira, combining the moves of self defence, with the rhythm of dance, to the beat of traditional Brazilian music. Days quickly turn into nights with an evening of live music and a BBQ at each location.
Prices are £25 per 2 hour lesson and a reduced price of £40 for a whole day.
