A great tee with an excellent message - Nike launches Say Yes tee to help underprivileged girls experience sport.
Nike is donating £7 (10 Euros) from every T-shirt sold to Women Win, the not for profit organisation that aims to provide underprivileged girls with access to safe sport facilities, appropriate clothing and the right equipment to play with.
In February 2008 Nike launched a new campaign titled Here I Am, with the message that women who play sports are stronger in body and mind. And by teaming up with Women Win they hope to help those girls that would not normally have the opportunity to take part in sport, feel these benefits too.
The T-shirt features several of the ‘Here I am’ campaign statements like ‘Yes to the things that make sense to you’ and ‘Yes to letting the little things stay little things’ in eight different languages. The T-shirt is made of 5% organic cotton and contains Dri-FIT fabrication to wick away moisture from the body during training.
The T-shirt is being sold at Nike stores and selected independent retailers across Europe, RRP £15.00.
