Everyone needs a bit of guidance or direction from time to time and trying to start a new sport can be a daunting prospect, but there are many sports and clubs out there ready to welcome newcomers.

We at Sportsister firmly believe that there is a sport that will suit everyone, and that sport should be fun, rewarding and sociable. Only when you find something that you enjoy doing or being part of, will you then stick with it and make it part of your life.
